Welcome to Kalowen Home Organising.
Kalowen - the name given to the Caloundra area from the Gubbi Gubbi people, meaning ‘place of the beech tree’.
Kalowen Home Organising, was founded by Nicky O’Meara, a Caloundra local. Nicky provides home organisation and decluttering solutions to families all over the Sunshine Coast area.
Nicky has worked in the disability sector for 40 years, more recently, supporting children on the NDIS in the Sunshine Coast area.
Working closely with families who require support for their children, Nicky has seen first hand how many families struggle to stay on top of things; sometimes its necessary to de-prioritise the house when you are needed in so many other aspect of your life.
Nicky has provided home organisation and decluttering solutions for many families, who are time poor, work full time, are just dont have the capacity for taking on any more of the mental load of parenting a child with a disability.
